STOCK ISSUES

Any item/s on back order will be notified to you on delivery of your purchase or as soon as we are aware that this is the case. The 60% balance will still need to be paid, or delivery will not occur.

 

Duchy Kitchens LTD will not be held liable for any costs or time lost due to third parties not being able to supply goods in time for any installation. Stock issues of suppliers are not controlled by Duchy Kitchens LTD. If an item is deemed to be out of stock for an unreasonable amount of time, then Duchy Kitchens LTD will offer an alternative of equal quality from another source/supplier at retail cost minus/plus the original cost of the item.

 

ORDER/DESIGN ISSUES

 

It is important that the client is aware of exactly what has been designed and ordered for their projects. With respect to special items i.e. pull-outs, baskets and any accessories it is important that the client has checked they are the required items for the project. It is also important that sinks and cooking appliances are correct for the project as once these items are ordered and delivered, they are only returnable if the packaging is still intact. All returns are subject to a handling charge by the supplier. All these items are listed in the estimate; if in doubt ask to go through it with the original consultant.

 

Once the deposit has been paid it is deemed that the design of your project is suitable for your needs, any alterations you decide to make after this time will be charged for at the full retail cost and unwanted items from this event are non-returnable.

 

Any genuine design/order issues made in error by Duchy Kitchens Ltd will be corrected by the company at no cost to the client.

Your statutory rights are not affected

 

 

SUPPLY ONLY PAYMENT SCHEDULE

 

60% of the total cost is payable on order.

 

The balance of 40% will be due 10 DAYS before delivery, payable by debit, credit card or bank transfer only (cheques only by arrangement).

Individual invoices will be raised on request of payment.

Measure and Fitting Issues on Supply Only Products

 

It is up to you and your installer to be happy with the plans and that the design will fit the area dedicated for the project.  Duchy Kitchens LTD will not be held responsible for any issues arising from mis-measuring.

Please note: deposits are non-refundable for bespoke items.

 

Appliances & Accessories

 

It is the responsibility of the client to register any warranties on accessories and appliances, Duchy Kitchens LTD will not be held responsible if you, the client, do not register your warranties.
